Returns and Exchanges
As each item is made to order we do not offer exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes ordered, please ensure you check the size guide on each listing. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible after identifying the issue. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail; and a description of the damage or defect, along with your e-mail address and phone number. If the item is found to be faulty we will refund the return postage costs and replace the item. Please pack the item(s) securely and return in an Australia Post satchel bag with tracking. Please also ensure you keep the Australia Post lodgment receipt as proof of postage.
